At Walsh Insurance, we believe success is measured by more than business results – it’s reflected in the positive impact we make in the communities where we live and work. Since 1860, we’ve been committed to helping Western New York thrive through meaningful partnerships, volunteerism, charitable giving, and the expertise we provide to help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most.

We’re proud to share our latest Community Impact Report, which highlights how our employees, clients, and community partners came together over the past year to make a difference. From hands-on volunteer efforts and charitable contributions to employee-driven initiatives and strategic insurance solutions, our commitment to strengthening our communities remains at the heart of who we are.

Living Our Values

In 2025, Walsh Insurance invested $1.63 Million into Western New York nonprofits. This investment includes corporate contributions of $171,697, employee donations totaling $455,230, an additional $740,790 raised by Walsh Duffield employees for community organizations, and an astounding 5,905 hours of volunteer service from our dedicated team. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to support more than 45 nonprofit organizations, each making a significant difference in their respective areas.

“Our commitment to the community is strengthened by the generosity and compassion shown by our employees.  While Walsh Insurance is proud to invest in organizations that enhance the wellbeing of our region, it is our team’s individual dedication of time, talent, and personal resources that truly amplifies our collective impact.  I am continuously inspired by their willingness to give back and honored to be a part of an organization that is helping build stronger, supportive and more inclusive neighborhoods across Western New York,” explains Sean Keenan, President & COO.

Volunteerism: Making a Meaningful Difference

Our community impact is directly driven by our employees. Through our volunteer committee, The Change Agents, the Walsh team goes beyond financial support by giving their time and expertise to organizations across Western New York.

In 2025, our employees dedicated an incredible 5,905 hours to volunteer service, helping strengthen the communities where we live and work. We are especially proud that 11 employees each contributed more than 100 volunteer hours, demonstrating an extraordinary commitment to service.

Creating opportunities to give back is part of our culture. We encourage and support employees who are passionate about making a difference, and that commitment is reflected in our annual employee survey, where 100% of respondents agreed that Walsh Insurance is committed to the good of the community.
