safe and well banner

At Walsh Duffield, supporting our clients is always our top priority. As a partner to you and your business, we continue to closely monitor the impacts of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and we are working to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees, clients and the Western NY communities that we care so much about.

In order to keep our employees and their families healthy and be best positioned to respond to our client’s needs, Walsh Duffield has initiated our business continuity plans across our three offices. All employees who are able to are now working remotely until further notice.  Additionally, we are no longer accepting visitors or vendors into any of our locations.

While our physical offices may be closed, Walsh Duffield remains fully committed to keeping up with the needs of our clients. Please continue to contact us as you normally would by email or phone, as our service team is prepared to assist you. You can view direct contact information in our staff directory.

If you are a personal insurance client in need of assistance, please leave us a message, and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible.  You can also contact any of our customer care associates.

Walsh Duffield remains fully committed to assisting you and your company through these challenging times. We will continue to share updates about our operational decisions as the situation unfolds.

Thank you for trusting us with your business and please reach out to our team with any questions.
